This week’s competition prize is The Voice of Pistoletto, by Michelangelo Pistoletto and Alain Elkann (Rizzoli Ex Libris, $39.95).
The Italian artist Michelangelo Pistoletto is best known for the mirror paintings that he began making in the early 1960s, and as one of the leading figures in the Arte Povera movement. This dialogue between him and writer and academic Alain Elkann includes discussion of the legacy of that period, as well as of his relationship with the art world and other artists more generally – all couched in his characteristically wry humour.
For your chance to win simply answer the following question and submit your details here before midday on 19 December 2014.
In which year did Michelangelo Pistoletto first exhibit his Mirror Paintings?
This competition closes at midday on 19 December 2014.
