Born in Damascus and based in Dubai, Doha Challah is a designer, fashion stylist and choreographer who has been collecting art since she was a student of fashion merchandising in Miami in 2002. The first work she collected with her husband was a lithograph by Dalí, inherited from his parents, but since then her commitment to modern and contemporary art from across the Middle East has been clearly demonstrated by her growing collection and support of galleries in the region. Today this collection includes the work of Jorge Castillo, Tim Berresheim, Larissa Sansour, Ayman Yossri Daydban, Ala Ebtekar and Christian Voigt.
