The Prix Pictet was established in 2008 by the Pictet Group, to support photographers whose work confronts pressing environmental and social issues. The theme this year is ‘Consumption’. Eleven artists have been shortlisted for the prize, and will have their work exhibited at the Victoria & Albert Museum from 22 May–14 June. The winner will be announced at the museum on the evening of 21 May. Read Emma Crichton-Miller’s review of the exhibition here.
