‘To Egypt! The Travels of Max Slevogt and Paul Klee’, at the Albertinum, Dresden brings the work of these two artists together for the first time. It explores the body of work both artists produced after embarking on life changing travels in the country, Slevogt in 1914 and Klee in 1928–29. Below we present a selection of highlights from the show. Click on any image to launch the slideshow.
