HE Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, a member of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, is the Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), a role in which he presides over structural and operational enhancements to the tourism and cultural sectors within Abu Dhabi. Al Mubarak holds a number of other key cultural management positions in Abu Dhabi: he is the Chairman of twofour54, the media zone company which ensures the growth and sustainability of the region’s media industry, of Image Nation Abu Dhabi, a production company dedicated to building a strong film industry in the UAE, and of Aldar Academies, the largest education provider in Abu Dhabi; he also chairs Miral Asset Management and Aldar Properties. He is an economics and political science graduate of Northeastern University.
