John Bratby was a prolific painter, writer and enfant terrible on the British art scene during the fifties and sixties, settling in Hastings at the end of his life. To create a new exhibition of his work, Jerwood Gallery in Hastings invited members of the public to bring in their own Bratby paintings. In January 2016, rediscover his output and celebrate the talent of the man who put everything but the kitchen sink into his art…
