Maria Lassnig

Lassnig, known for her vibrant, lurid, and often uncomfortable portrayals of human figures, was unflinching in her handling of the body as a subject for art. This exhibition of her powerful paintings has been extended over the summer, in tribute to the artist, who died this month.
